Oil painting on wood panel. The wood panel was sealed with two coats of PVA followed by a smooth texture coat of oil based primer.
The photo reference was taken north of New Orleans in the Irish Bayou along the shores of Lake Ponchartrain on a wonderfully foggy morning. This painting continues the No Horizon series, an effort to find peace and tranquility in a time when the future frustratingly uncertain.
